[iOS] 將 Android 資料轉移到 iOS：相簿、聯絡人、訊息通通一次搞定

Overview
1. 新手機必須是 iPhone 5 以上、系統 iOS 9 以上的手機 2. Android 手機下載 Move to iOS 3. 兩台手機連至同一 Wifi 4. iOS 設定至"App與資料" 時，選擇 "從 Andriod 移轉資料" 5. Android 輸入 iOS 提供的密碼 6. Android 選擇要移轉的資料 7. 開始移轉！
